What is the maximum number of GOIs that I can detect with the Type-it CNV Probe Master Mix in the same qPCR reaction?

This depends on the cycler used and can be up to 4-plex. Please refer to Appendix E in the Type-it CNV Probe kit handbook to determine the suitable dye combination for multiplex qPCR on the respective cycler.
