Can I use a 384 well plate for the KRAS and EGFR PCR kits?

The KRAS PCR and EGFR PCR kits have been optimized for 25 μl reactions and should not be run with smaller volumes. 384-well plates take smaller volumes so the kit should be run in 96-well format only.
