This protocol is for cleanup of 100 ng or more bisulfite converted DNA using the EpiTect Plus DNA Bisulfite Kit.

Sample Size	140 µl bisulfite reaction
Elution volume	10-16 µl in increments of 1 µl; default 16 µl
