There is no minimum order requirement. For faster service, please provide us with the following information:

• Customer account number
  
• Valid purchase order
• Invoice address
• Delivery address
• Is your account VAT exempt? If yes, please send a VAT exemption certificate
• Will you mail a confirmation?
• Would you like to be added to our mailing list?
• Name and phone number of purchasing agent
• Name and phone number of end user
• Catalog number and description of product
• Quantity

To confirm your telephone order in writing, mark your confirmation clearly with "Confirmation — Do Not Duplicate".

If your institution orders regularly, written confirmation of telephone orders is generally unnecessary. QIAGEN Ltd requries a confirmation for all orders that require VAT exemption.
