PCR Anti-inhibitor is a carefully composed mixture of alkaline proteins which counteracts substances inhibiting the PCR reaction. Adding PCR Anti-inhibitor to a reaction mixture is an ideal way of eliminating inhibitors originating in a DNA template isolation.

Quality Control
DNase activity was evaluated by incubating 1 μg of DNA with 1 μL of the enzyme for 4 hours at 37°C. Results are visualized on an ethidium bromide-stained agarose gel. The product was extensively tested in PCR reaction.
Usage
Add the PCR Anti-inhibitor to the PCR mixture in a 1:50 volume ratio, e.g., add 1 μL of the PCR Anti- inhibitor to 50 μL PCR reaction.
