Efficient preamplification of cDNA and genomic DNA

Preamplification of cDNA from samples containing low RNA amounts can be technically challenging, depending on the method you use. Traditional methods are tedious and time-consuming, and use of the low-fidelity enzyme Taq DNA polymerase leads to error-prone amplification.
