Our individualized trainee programs in Global Finance and Global Marketing will introduce you to a world of exciting skills and knowledge in your chosen field. Over 18-24 months, you'll participate in an individually designed rotation plan for experience in both day-to-day business and project work as well as managing your own independent projects. Your plan is designed to best meet your interests and preferences, and we support you with intensive on-the-job training, mentoring by an experienced manager, coaching and training opportunities.
You'll work in QIAGEN’s operational headquarters in Germany (Hilden, near Düsseldorf) and in our subsidiaries around the world, with the opportunity to spend 1-2 rotations abroad. Of course, we cover corresponding costs abroad and assist you in finding accommodation.
You'll receive a permanent contract right from the start and can take up a position at one of our locations when you complete the program.
