No. To ensure the correct qualification of the BioRobot EZ1 DSP and RUO instrument QIAGEN does not provide IQ/OQ documentation. QIAGEN offers IQ/OQ to support customer validation procedures and compliance with applicable standards and regulations. IQ/OQ is performed by specially trained Instrument Service Specialists.
