ipsogen SIL-TAL1 Standards are for real-time PCR on the Rotor-Gene Q and other real-time PCR instruments. These ready-to-use plasmid DNA standards are optimized for reliable and sensitive quantitation of SIL-TAL1 fusion gene transcripts.
Principle
ipsogen SIL-TAL1 Standards are extremely stable DNA plasmids designed according to Europe Against Cancer (EAC) recommendations. These standards precisely quantify the copy number of SIL-TAL1 fusion gene transcripts by generating standard curves based on the known concentration of plasmid DNA dilutions of the target gene. ipsogen SIL-TAL1 Standards include 5 dilutions of the SIL-TAL1 fusion gene. The dilutions provide 101, 102, 103, 105, and 106 copies in 5 μl.
