GeneRead DNAseq Panel PCR Kit V2 uses a chemically modified HotStarTaq enzyme to provide efficient PCR amplification of targeted genomic regions with minimal sequence errors and other nonspecific products. This PCR kit (enzyme plus associated buffer) is highly suited for use with GeneRead DNAseq Panels V2 prior to next-generation sequencing.

Principle

GeneRead DNAseq Panel PCR Kit V2 contains a chemically modified HotStarTaq enzyme and its associated buffer. The chemically modified HotStart Taq enzyme has been optimized to minimize incorporation of sequence errors during PCR amplification and help prevent the formation of nonspecific products during targeted enrichment for NGS.
