In addition to all the components included in Buffer RLT, Buffer RLT Plus — a component of RNeasy Plus Kits — also contains a proprietary blend of detergents. These detergents support the efficient binding of DNA molecules to the gDNA Eliminator column or the gDNA Eliminator plate. The exact composition of Buffer RLT Plus is confidential.
