TissueLyser アダプターセットは、TissueLyser II で同時に、最大48または192サンプルを効率的かつ簡便にサンプル破砕するようにデザインされています。TissueLyser Adapter Set には、24本のサンプルチューブを保持できるホルダーが2つ含まれます。本ホルダーには、2 ml のマイクロ遠心チューブが最大24本保持することができます。本ホルダーには、セーフロックチューブの使用をおすすめします。TissueLyser Adapter Set には、QIAGEN Collection Microtubes（ラック入り）とCollection Microtube Caps を使用して、最大96サンプル x 2 でサンプル破砕をすることができます。Collection Microtubes の容量は 1.2 ml です。

Up to 1 x 10⁹ bacteria are disrupted and homogenized by bead-milling in a guanidine-thiocyanate-containing lysis buffer. After addition of ethanol, the sample is loaded onto an RNeasy Mini spin column. Total RNA binds to the RNeasy silica-membrane, contaminants are efficiently washed away, and high-quality RNA is eluted in RNase-free water.
