製品詳細
RNeasy PowerWater Kitは、環境水サンプル中に存在するすべての微生物からRNAを単離できます。キットは、細菌（グラム+/–）、藻類および真菌からRNAを単離するように設計されています。 サンプルは、RNase処理を含む、最初から最後までの全ステップを40分以内で処理されます。このキットは、たとえサンプルに多量の塩、金属、フミン酸および他の有機物質を含んでいても、機械的溶解と阻害剤除去技術を組み合わせて、すぐに使用できる高品質のRNAを精製することが出来ます。得られたRNAは、RT-PCR、qPCR、RNA-seqおよび他のダウンストリームのアプリケーションで使用することができます。
