Product Details
核酸精製の難しい植物種から純粋で高品質のRNAを単離します。RNeasy PowerPlantキットは、植物細胞、組織および種子からのトータルRNAの迅速かつ簡便な精製を目的として設計されています。このキットで使用されているビーズ式組織破砕技術は、イチゴの葉、綿の葉、綿の種子、および松の針葉などから高品質なRNAを単離するときに使用されるCTABおよびTRIZOLなどの潜在的に有害なRNA単離手法に代わる環境にやさしい核酸精製方法です。特許化された阻害剤除去技術は、単離プロセス中に植物抽出物からPCR阻害剤を除去し、RT-qPCRおよびRNA-seqで即使用できる純粋なRNAを提供します。さらに、松やブドウの葉などのポリフェノール性化合物が多いサンプルには、独自のフェノール分離溶液（PSS）がオプションのステップとして含まれています。PSSは、RNAとフェノールの結合を破壊し、IRT工程中のRNAの損失を防ぎ、RNA収量を増加させます。

The RNeasy PowerPlant Kit was compared against plant RNA isolation kits from two other suppliers using manufacturer’s protocols. A 1% agarose gel was used to examine total RNA samples from 8 µl of cotton leaf and 2 µl of cotton seed.
