RNeasy PowerSoil DNA Elution KitとRNeasy PowerSoil Total RNA Kitを組み合わせることにより、RNAとDNAの両方を単離・回収することができます。
RNeasy PowerSoil Total RNA KitでRNA溶出した後、カラムを新しい15 mlチューブに入れます。そしてDNA溶出バッファーを添加することで、カラム中のDNAも溶出させることができます。これらの核酸は、さらなる処理または精製なしでRT-PCR、qPCRおよびNGS解析などにそのまま使用することができます。
