This protocol is for the purification of nucleic acids from any sample source containing challenging impurities, including humic acids, heme, polysaccharides, polyphenols, fluvic acids, lipids and dye using the DNeasy PowerClean Pro kit. This protocol contains all inhibitor removal steps.
