Rotor-Disc OTV Kit可对Rotor-Gene Q实时荧光定量PCR分析仪进行光学温度验证，需要用到Rotor-Disc 72 Rotor和Locking Ring、或a Rotor-Disc 72 Starter Kit。
原理
实验室需要定期验证real-time PCR仪的温度准确性。多数PCR仪需要服务工程师上门验证。但Rotor-Gene Q实时荧光定量PCR分析仪无需工程师上门验证，用户可使用经济、易用的Rotor-Disc OTV (Optical Temperature Verification) Kit自动进行准确性检测。
程序
该试剂盒含有标准的Rotor-Disc，装有温度敏感的液态晶体、荧光剂，并提供预装温度验证所需文件的CD。反应构建十分快捷、简单，整个温度验证流程可在40分钟内完成。
