Are the primer sets different for the Investigator Nonaplex ESS Kit and Investigator Hexaplex ESS Kit where the loci are the same?

The primer sets differ on the whole, although those for Amelogenin and TH01 are the same. This provides an overlap marker (TH01) to ensure sample identity.
