What dyes are used in the KRAS and EGFR PCR kits?

Mutations are detected using the FAM dye, and the internal control is detected using HEX in the KRAS PCR and EGFR PCR kits. When using Applied Biosystems platforms, the JOE channel should be used in place of HEX, as the wavelengths are suitable.
