How do I determine if my gene expression results are statistically significant in the REST software?

P(H1) on the Results page of the REST 2009 software, indicates probability of the alternative hypothesis that the difference between the sample and control groups is due only to chance: if P(H1) is smaller than 0.05, the results are considred statistically significant.
