Is it possible to clean up a methylation reaction containing bisulfite with QIAquick Cleanup Kits?

Yes, bisulfite containing methylation reactions can be cleaned up with our silica-based cleanup products, such as QIAquick and QIAEX II. Please see Goyon et al.
