What starting amount of RNA purified using an miRNeasy Kit should be used with the miScript System?

If the RNA amount purified with miRNeasy is not limiting, we recommend using 1 µg RNA as starting amount for the miScript System. If the RNA available is limiting, 50 ng–100 ng is an appropriate starting amount.
