The SureSilencing shRNA Plasmids are a combination of experimentally verified design algorithm and the GeneClip U1 Hairpin Cloning system from Promega. They are designed to transiently or stably knock down the expression of any human, mouse, or rat gene in secondary or transformed cell lines in culture for subsequent gene function analysis studies.
