What transfection method should I use with the SureSilencing shRNA Plasmids?
We recommend using Attractene Transfection Reagent. Use either the GFP-based SureSilencing shRNA plasmids or another plasmid system that has an easy screening marker that allows you to count cells, such as GFP or beta-galactosidase. Ease and flexibility of handling enables preparation and storage of transfection complexes making Attractene Reagent suitable for use with automated systems.
