Performance
MagAttract Viral RNA M48 Kit纯化一个样本获得的病毒RNA的量通常小于1 µg ，因而采用分光光度计很难定量。推荐使用定量扩增的方法确定RNA的产量。
Principle
MagAttract Viral RNA M48 Kit用于从血清和血浆中全自动纯化病毒RNA。MagAttract技术配合硅胶膜技术快速、高效的纯化RNA，硅胶膜覆盖在方便使用的磁珠表面。样本放在1.5 ml或2 ml的样品管中，在BioRobot M48工作站上处理。每批可处理6–48个样本，样本来源为至多300 µl的血清或血浆。纯化获得的RNA的量取决于样本类型和病毒滴度。
Procedure
MagAttract Viral RNA M48流程中，病毒RNA在离液盐中结合到含有磁珠的硅胶膜表面。随后，结合到磁珠上的病毒RNA使用2种不同的洗涤缓冲液有效洗涤。然后，使用不含RNase的洗脱液，在65ºC条件下，将高品质病毒RNA洗脱。
