Principle

Supplemental Microbial qPCR Mastermix (ROX)含有real-time PCR缓冲液、高性能HotStart DNA Taq聚合酶、核苷酸、以及用于优化PCR仪光学性能的ROX染料。HotStart酶经过化学修饰和严格的质检，采用5'端水解探针技术，避免生产引物二聚体和非特异性产物，可获得准确的扩增结果。
