QIAsymphony RGQ工作流程的开始是在QIAsymphony SP仪器上纯化核酸。从样本制备流程中得到的含纯核酸的洗脱液转移到QIAsymphony AS模块,进行分析体系构建。分析样本再手动转移到Rotor-Gene Q实时荧光定量PCR分析仪进行PCR和数据分析。
为了满足不同工作流程需要,操作系统中有两种模式:完整模式或独立模式。在完整模式中,样本在QIAsymphony SP核酸提取纯化分析仪处理后直接转移到QIAsymphony AS,减少了手工操作步骤和记录。为了增加灵活性,QIAsymphony SP核酸提取纯化分析仪和AS也可在独立模式中进行相互独立的操作。参见" QIAsymphony workflows"。
QIAsymphony RGQ是目前和将来用于各种分子检测的最具有多功能性的系统。QIAsymphony RGQ在一个平台上整合了多种分析,也能进行自行开发测试。
