Principle
MagAttract 96 DNA Plant Kit是专为全自动化、高通量从植物组织中提取基因组和叶绿体DNA而设计的。经认证的MagAttract磁粒技术结合BioRobot Plant Science（已停产）提供有效而且可重复的DNA纯化（参见" Reproducible yields"）。

Procedure
植物样品使用TissueLyser等匀浆器进行机械破碎。由此产生的粉末悬浮于裂解液，充分混匀，离心。将裂解液转移到含有MagAttract磁珠的96微孔板上，基因组DNA选择性结合到磁珠表面（参见" MagAttract 96 DNA Plant Core procedure"）。洗涤后，用低盐缓冲液洗脱得到纯化的基因组DNA，可即用于下游应用。MagAttract 96 DNA Plant Kit是专为使用BioRobot Plant Science系统的全自动DNA纯化而设计。QIAGEN还提供使用BioRobot RapidPlate工作站的自动化方案，和以评估为目的的手动实验方案。
