That’s why we’ve developed the Investigator Quality Sensor for our STR assays, an internal PCR amplification control for optimized, high-quality forensic workflow analysis. You can find the Quality Sensor in QIAGEN’s latest Investigator STR kits. The innovative Quality Sensor markers allow you to generate valuable data for your quality control and performance checks, without affecting PCR performance, even in the case of low DNA content samples. Using this internal control, you can identify inhibited samples, degraded DNA and failed amplification, allowing you to present your evidence in court with confidence.
