Principle

ipsogen RUNX1-RUNX1T1 Kit为即用型试剂盒，采用real-time PCR技术，检测RUNX1-RUNX1T1融合基因转录本。该试剂盒可扩增并检测特定的RUNX1-RUNX1T1融合基因转录本（参见RUNX1-RUNX1T1 fusion gene transcript和ABL control gene transcript），检测特异性、灵敏度和可重复性高。

Procedure
