  • The instrument fully automates fragment analysis and QC of up to 96 libraries per run and mitigates manual intervention errors by employing ready-to-use gel cartridges and preprogrammed run methods.
  • Each QIAxcel gel cartridge can process hundreds of libraries, making it cost-efficient with a lower cost per library processed.
NGS library was prepared from genomic DNA (Escherichia coli) using a QIAseq FX DNA Library Kit
